Yesterday, the Entre2Rise partnership met online for a project management meeting to discuss our next steps and align on the upcoming activities.

During the past months, we have been working on the collection and development of inspiring success stories from entrepreneurs who have experienced stress, pressure, anxiety, and difficult moments throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the people who bravely trusted us with their stories.

The Danish success stories developed by CSR Innovative Solutions highlight two important entrepreneurial experiences:

One story presents the journey of a solo entrepreneur who experienced isolation, blurred boundaries between work and private life, and reduced motivation while working from home.

The second story focuses on an entrepreneur in the IT sector who faced intense pressure, constant availability, leadership responsibility, and signs of burnout.

In the upcoming days, we will share the Entre2Rise Success Stories Handbook, which includes stories from Denmark, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Greece. These stories show that entrepreneurial success is not only about business growth, but also about resilience, self-awareness, support, and mental well-being.

We look forward to sharing these powerful experiences with you soon.

Entre2Rise focuses on supporting startup entrepreneurs in managing stress and anxiety, while promoting mental well-being as an essential part of entrepreneurial success. Through the development of educational materials, practical tools, and accessible learning resources, the project aims to strengthen resilience, encourage healthier entrepreneurial practices, and support especially early-stage and aspiring entrepreneurs.

With our Entre2Rise partners, we recently gathered in Trikala, Greece, for our second Transnational Project Meeting as part of the Entre2Rise project—"From Stress to Success to Rise—Empowering Entrepreneurial Mental Health for a Stronger Future."

With the Entre2Rise project, we aim to strengthen the well-being of entrepreneurs by promoting mental health awareness and support within vocational education and training.

During the two-day meeting at the Tsitsanis Museum, we reviewed current achievements and planned upcoming milestones.

One of the main topics was the achievement of our first project result, including the development of successful entrepreneurial stories. We are pleased to share that we have now collected all success stories from Denmark, Bulgaria, Greece, and the Czech Republic, marking an important step from research to real-life experiences.

Ahead of the official release, we are excited to share a behind-the-scenes glimpse from Denmark, where CSR-Innovative Solutions had the pleasure of interviewing one of our co-working partners, whose story we are happy to share. It presents the journey of a Danish IT entrepreneur who experienced intense pressure and burnout due to constant responsibility and high self-expectations, but through professional support and reflection, managed to redefine success in a more sustainable and balanced way. The key takeaway from this story is that long-term success should not come at the cost of personal well-being—setting boundaries, recognising early signs of stress, and seeking support are essential for building a resilient and sustainable entrepreneurial path.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration, exchange ideas, and continue building innovative support tools for entrepreneurial mental health across Europe.

“Entre2Rise

We are happy to share that for our Entre2Rise project, we recently hosted two focus group sessions in Denmark, one in person and one online, both proving to be insightful and thought-provoking.

Entre2Rise is an Erasmus+ project, focused on strengthening the link between entrepreneurship and mental health support, aiming to develop tools and solutions that better support aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs.

In total, 10 entrepreneurs participated across two sessions, with five participants in each session. The participants represented different entrepreneurial experiences and included both male and female founders, contributing to a valuable diversity of perspectives.

The online session was organised in collaboration with Morgendagens Iværksættere, whose involvement added important insights from a youth entrepreneurship perspective and strengthened the quality of the discussion.

On the second day, we were particularly pleased to welcome entrepreneurs running businesses within online platforms, photography, and VR video production. Their contributions brought a strong digital and creative industry perspective to the conversation, highlighting both the opportunities and the unique pressures that come with building businesses in fast-moving, highly visible online environments.

The discussions brought forward a wide range of perspectives on entrepreneurship, mental health, and support needs. Many of the reflections clearly supported what our national surveys and initial analyses had already indicated, reinforcing key trends and challenges we have identified.

At the same time, the conversations also highlighted important differences in experiences and expectations. Not all participants shared the same needs or views on what kind of support would be most helpful, and these nuances are just as valuable. The diversity of input reminds us that solutions must be flexible and responsive to different realities.

Overall, the focus group strengthened our understanding and added important depth to our data-driven insights.

Entre2Rise focuses on tackling the unique mental health challenges faced by startup entrepreneurs

Today, CSR-Innovative Solutions participated in the Entre2Rise project management meeting with all partners, building on the momentum from our Kick-Off!

The Entre2Rise project is an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs by improving mental health support and resilience through innovative AI-driven tools, education, and training for VET educators and learners.

We focused on the heart of our work right now, gathering valuable insights through surveys from three key groups:
• Entrepreneurs
• Learners
• Educators & Trainers

Our journey officially began in Prague! 🇨🇿✨

On 4–5 December 2025, partners met in person for the Kick-Off Meeting, marking the start of an inspiring Erasmus+ collaboration focused on entrepreneurship and mental well-being.

The meeting brought together the full consortium to align on our shared vision, strengthen teamwork, and set a clear roadmap for the months ahead.

We would like to warmly thank our hosts for their excellent hospitality, the project coordinator for their guidance and smooth organisation, and all project partners for their valuable contribution and collaboration throughout the meeting.

Over two productive days, we:

✨clarified the research and data collection steps,

✨outlined the next development steps

✨coordinated the roles and responsibilities within the consortium

Our second online meeting for the ENTRE2RISE project brought together the minds and motivation behind the Erasmus+ initiative.

We dove deep into shaping the methodology that will guide our journey and mapped out the next steps for data collection, setting the stage for impactful insights into rural entrepreneurship across Europe.

💡 What is ENTRE2RISE all about?
This innovative project aims to enhance mental health support for entrepreneurs by integrating AI-driven stress management tools into VET education. Through the development of the AI EmpowerLearn platform, training for VET educators, and digital resources, we’re working to strengthen resilience, decision-making, and well-being among entrepreneurs.

We’re gearing up for our Kick-Off Meeting, where partners will meet in person for the first time—turning virtual teamwork into real-world synergy.

Big news from Denmark! Every great business starts with a strong mind. Today, CSR-Innovative Solutions is proud to announce our participation in our very first Erasmus+ project—ENTRE2RISE—From Stress to Success to Rise: Empowering Entrepreneurial Mental Health for a Stronger Future! 🚀

The project concept was created by the CSR-Innovative Solutions team, and the project application was written by us. We deeply value and trust our coordinating partners - Vysoká škola technická a ekonomická v Českých Budějovicích—who will lead the implementation with professionalism and dedication.

Today, we held our first online meeting with international partners from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, and Greece.

With success, we established a solid foundation for strong collaboration, clear responsibilities, and impactful results.

Together, we will work to:
✅ Develop the AI EmpowerLearn platform with stress management tools and an AI-powered chatbot.
✅ Provide training and resources for VET educators to better support entrepreneurs.
✅ Host national awareness events to highlight the importance of mental well-being in entrepreneurship.

Even though this is our first Erasmus+ project in Denmark, our team brings extensive experience in project management, platform development, mental health strategies, and sustainable entrepreneurship—and we are confident in the value and expertise we contribute to the consortium. 💪✨

First Day Back After Easter and We Have Great News!

We are kicking off the week with fresh energy and exciting news at CSR-Innovative Solutions! We are happy to welcome our new Business Development and Communication Intern, Estera Motoanga.

Currently in the middle of pivoting in her career, Estera is a dynamic professional with experience in leading international expanding efforts, driving market strategy, and customer relationship management. She blends strategic thinking, cross-functional communication, and operational ex*****on, positioning her well for the role of Business Development and Communication internship.

At CSR-Innovative Solutions, Estera will identify and research potential stakeholders, partners, and customers, develop and implement strategies to approach and engage them, and present services in a clear and compelling way, aiming to strengthen relationships.

Over the next month, she will also be diving into creative tasks where she will bring her communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills into action, and we are looking forward to seeing her shine.
