I've been in the department for over a year. About 3 months ago I'd decided to end my employment contract in home care services.
On the other hand, I still have 2 more shifts in the weekend. And I'm excited for my next employment journey in other working place wherein I'm gonna work in short-term department/nursing home.
Today I recieved my parting gifts from jobb handed by my beloved supervisor 💝... I'm so grateful for the experienced I have had in this department because I grow and learned a lot ...
Working as a health care profession is quite tough and very demanding jobb..it requires pasient, and you need to stand with stressful daily work routines. For me as a person i can stand with stress but too much stress can affect ones health ... However it does affect my health, mentally and physically...that is why I swift from ones department to another...I'm so dedicated and passionate about my work but Yes we all have diff. preferences in life and reason what to choose and what makes best for ourselves. What matters most is I have to think for myself before anybody else. Yet there are stress and challenges wherever or whatever work ones have. Perhaps my next employment journey will be easy to handle because it's in one place.
