LIFE IS EXPENSIVE.

Not just bills.
Not just groceries.
Not just rent in a country far from home.

Life is expensive when:

❌ You trade your health for a paycheck
❌ You miss moments with your family
❌ You stay stuck because change feels scary
❌ You depend on one income that can disappear anytime

Living abroad taught me this the hard way.
When your body gets tired… when the weather drains you… when you realize you can’t always function at 100% — you start thinking differently.

That’s when I understood:

Napapangiti ka ba? Or napapaisip ka?

Isipin mo talaga ha.

❌ Pagod ka pa rin, laging running on empty
❌ Nakikita mong lumalaki ang mga anak mo pero parang may kulang
❌ Same routine every year… pero ikaw mas drained lang

Habang iniisip ko ito.

Doon ko na-realize — nothing will change unless ikaw ang magde-decide magbago.

Comfortable ang familiar routine.
Safe siya. Predictable.
Pero kapalit nun? Yung time mo. Yung years mo.

Always busy.
Always needed.
Always “on.”

Pero habang inuuna ko lahat…
nakalimutan ko ang sarili ko.
And deep inside, hindi ako fulfilled.

When I finally chose a different path — sobrang nakakatakot.
Walang instant result. Walang overnight success.

Pero step by step…
May nagbago.
Bumalik yung hope na akala ko nawala na.
Mas may peace.
