𝗜’𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁.

I’m looking for people who are willing to grow.

People who dream bigger than their current circumstances.

People who know there is more in them - even if they’re not quite sure yet what that looks like.

And especially people who want to develop as leaders.

Not for the title.

Not for recognition.

But because they want their life and leadership to make a difference for others.

𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲.

I want to build with people who already put God at the center of what they do - or who are genuinely curious about what it could look like to invite Him into their life, leadership and business.

You don't need leadership experience.

You don't need to know everything.

You do need to be teachable.

Willing to work.

Willing to grow.

And willing to dream.

Because I believe the next season is going to be very different from the last one.

And there are a few people I would love to develop alongside it.

Maybe you're reading this and immediately know it's not for you.

That's perfectly okay.

I prayed for God to bring the right people into my life.

And lately, I keep watching Him answer that prayer.

Through conversations.
Unexpected messages.
New connections.
People from different parts of the world.

This morning, I woke up to a message from one of our MOMfidence ambassadors.

And if everything comes together, we may be launching another ambassador-created product as early as tomorrow.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who reaches out, every story shared with me, and every person who chooses to be part of what we are building.

Something is growing.

Quietly.
With purpose.
And in God’s timing. 🙏

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝘀.

That is something leadership has taught me.

Growth isn't about saying yes to everything that appears.

Sometimes growth is knowing what deserves your time.

What aligns with your values.

What serves the vision.

And what simply doesn't belong in this season.

A clear no can protect the things you've already said yes to.

Your family.

Your faith.

Your health.

Your people.

Your purpose.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲.

𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱.

You don't have to do everything.

You just have to be faithful with what truly matters. 🌱🧡

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀?

It is easy to think about the next goal.

The next achievement.

The next opportunity.

But lately, I have been thinking much more about impact.

What happens when we use what we have been given to create opportunities for someone else?

When knowledge is shared.

When doors are opened.

When someone is encouraged to step forward.

When one person's growth creates possibilities for another.

That is the vision behind MOMfidence.

Not to build something around one person.

But to build something that allows many people to grow, contribute, lead, and eventually lift others too.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝘆.

And we are only at the beginning. 🌱🧡

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬.

It’s about being willing to grow.

To listen when someone sees something you don’t.

To accept guidance without losing your own voice.

To take responsibility when things don’t go as planned.

And to keep showing up long enough for your character to grow alongside your results.

The strongest leaders I know are still students.

Still learning.
Still being challenged.
Still allowing other people to sharpen them.

Because leadership isn’t a position you eventually arrive at.

It’s who you become along the way.
