Our Ability Profiling (APRO) Assessor course allows attendees to become eligible to be APRO Assessors for their company and assist with HR operations. A certified APRO assessor can use our APRO tool to objectively estimate how a candidate to be hired or promoted is likely to react in safety-critical situations. We are very proud to announce that a much wider audience of can now avail of our courses! This landmark change follows on the UK MCA amending its stipulations to allow seafarers holding non-MCA to gain MCA tanker certification, provided they have completed MCA tanker firefighting theory . We've therefore added new tanker firefighting theory modules which cover the MCA syllabus as required.
