Job Title: Franchise Licensing Manager

Requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business, contract administration or paralegal role.
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing or related areas.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with persons at all levels of our organization.
· Proficient in most business related software programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
· Be able to take contract language and interpret it and communicate it to fellow associates, clients and franchises.
· Talent for multi-tasking, being results oriented and organizationally proficient.
· Team oriented and willing to help others to achieve success. Ability to develop creative solutions and streamline franchise approval process.
· Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with client and coworkers.
· Self-reliant with the ability to innovate and introduce change showing sound judgment and pragmatism.

Job Description:

· Work on projects as assigned, including but not limited to franchise contract administration, regulatory compliance, research and writing, tracking of franchise pipeline, project coordination and organization of legal and franchise support.
· Manage the franchising process in a manner that ensures Synergie is represented in positive light.
· Prepare franchise agreements and related legal documents under the direction of Management.
· Ensure proper Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) delivery and receipt from prospective franchises. Ensure receipt of application and inspection fees.
· Provide support and recommendations to Management on contract administration and other special projects as assigned.
· Work closely with Synergie Management, ensuring all needs are met to close franchise deals.

In three years the Nipunn Engineering Ltd supply engineering services for Oil & Gas Warsila their upcoming projects. Very important for us, says Torgeir Sandnes Nipunn Engineering.

- The contract includes engineering and project management for all phases, study, design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, final documentation and delivery, and monitoring of subcontractors, project planning and project management, says Torgeir Sandnes to Petro Media News.


- There is no talk about a specific project, but we will help them with more projects coming continuously. There we will do everything from FEED to delivery, says Sandnes on.

Since assignments and projects will be ongoing, he would not estimate the value of the contract.

- The contract came into force on 22 October and runs for three years with an option, he said.

He is quite clear that the contract is very important for Nipunn Engineering.

The contract also includes the supply of manpower to different engineering disciplines, such as design and layout, structural, piping, mechanical, process, control, electrical, instrumentation and automation, writes Nipunn in a message.
