SIDEREVENTYRET (cider adventure) is a beautiful new book about the journey of Norwegian cider & fruit wine.
At the book launch in Oslo, the authors gave us lots of fun details about this adventure.

ANIKONIC is also represented!
They wrote that Anika was an “unexpected catalyst” for the Norwegian "fruit wine renaissance".
Of course, because of our consulting work and many great collaborations with other Norwegian producers.
Together, we created some truly unique fruit wines, loved by high-end restaurants and judges.
Well, you can read all about it in the book.

Dazzling new book called Cider Story (Sider eventyret) about Norwegian ciders and fruit wines has just been published! And what a book it is! 🥰

Authors Camilla Aasenl and Hanen did a great job and connected everyone together in this fairy-tale like story about creation of new Scandinavian wines!
