The inaugural Zalaris India Women’s Leadership Forum was launched in October 2025 to support the growth and development of high-potential women and strengthen the future leadership pipeline in India.
Over six months, participants took part in leadership workshops, mentoring, peer learning, self-reflection and leadership dialogue sessions — exploring topics from personal leadership and self-branding to communication, collaboration and balance in leadership.
The programme supported participants in building confidence, strengthening self-awareness and communication, and developing a stronger leadership identity and ownership mindset.
A defining part of the journey was mentoring, with senior Zalaris leaders sharing their experiences, providing guidance and creating space for reflection and growth.
The Forum reflects our commitment to an inclusive workplace where potential is recognised and people are supported to grow.
