So, the good news is that our strategy start-up is expanding by attracting global citizens.

And the even better sharing is that when we considering a person, we ask: How would you like to shape your job? What is your motive, strength, passion? What is it that you burn for and how would you go there, how would you lift our born-global enterprise there?

Your race, gender, family status, demographics in general, are irrelevant at this stage.

And then we create a role for you based on YOU. Skills can be taught. Attitude has to be possessed. Greater team greater value creation for clients. What's your take on that?
