– Vi må slutte å plassere flinke IT-folk i kassa på matbutikken, mener In:progress-gründere. Slik lykkes du med samfunnsinnovasjon i egen virksomhet.

5 måneders forberedelser kulminerede i sidste uge med -konferansen. 150 engagerte repræsentanter og unikke personer fra brugerorganisationerne, erfaringskonsulenter og arbejdsgivere fra hele Norge samledes for at styrke hinanden og brugererfaringskompetansen indenfor psykisk helse og rus-tjenestene. In Good Company fik lov til at facilitere de 2 dynamiske og engagerende dage med både World Café og mini-TjenestedesignJAM- YEEAHH! Tak til Eva Marit Svendsen fra Nasjonalt senter for erfaringskompetanse innen psykisk helse​, Line Eikenes Langsholt fra RIO Rusmisbrukernes Interesseorganisasjon / og Elin Rudshaug​. Og speciel hyldest til Torbjørn Mohn-Haugen & nystiftede interesseorganisation for erfaringskonsulenter Erfaringssentrum.

We are In:progress at DNB. Two amazing weeks of ideation, prototyping and user-testing to create new services. Newcomers with refugee background and DNB-employees working side by side to learn, develop and explore how diversity can be a driver for innovation. So proud of the way all the people in this project lean in and do their utmost best to show how inclusion, inspiration and innovation works in real life!

We are so exited to launch this new initiative we are starting up with amazing Kobler and Sandra S. Skretting. Finally In Good Company is In:progress!

What we do? We create meaningful and attractive places to work by inviting new perspectives into innovation processes. We connect businesses and talented newcomers with refugee background! Like!

Next week we move into DNB, Norways biggest bank with a team of super motivated newcomers all with technology background from Syria. For two weeks we are gonna do some serious design driven innovation!

We are no longer active as the projects have taken on their own lives and other great people have taken them further.

WHAT is the experience of paint and painting in the future? What will the future of the paint industry look like? Disruption and new markets..?!
TOGETHER with multi-national German giant BASF (- and yes! the ones with the yellow/orange cassette tapes from the 70-80´ies :) - WE explored these questions and many more with 23 peeps in a full blown 3-day experience design workshop in Heidelberg last week. They say that: "Paint is a pain in the ass", BUT not anymore after this fun, experiential and extremely (co- ) creative exploration! På rekordtid har Ferd Sosiale Entreprenører og KS laget nydelig prosessmateriale, vi har vært med hele veien og i nå ligger det ute på verdsveven!

- Kommunen løser mange oppgaver, men nye behov oppstår som må løses på nye måter og kanskje med en annen kompetanse enn den kommunen besitter, Anne Romsaas i KS.

Thanx to our generous host and sponsor Designit Oslo and our collaborators in the jam organizing team Alis Chetreanu Chris Sadler & Susann Johansen.
It was in truth an engaging and exhilarating 24-hour hands on total-experience, and we now have a design thinking-based/facilitated process and proof of concept format to solve marketing challenges. Let us know if you are curios to learn more!
