Consultancies often tend to use phrases such as consulting in the disruptive innovation era,
or futurize your enterprize. The case is that we are in the middle of a huge shift where nobody has the final answer. No one knows exactly what’s going to happen next. The future is about embracing and leading with this uncertainty. Given this premise, Thunderhouse focus on exploring, commercializing and implementing behavioural centred business models and services. This with a wise use of data, new technology and with a global perspective paired with a local touch. To succeed we also need to organise differently, - by building cultures of passion, empowerment and trust, rather than silos, hierarchies and top-down micromanagement. Thunderhouse is a network based agency helping established companies, organisations and startups with this.
