𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓.
Total BS.
But I haven’t always thought that.
⚖️ Work-life balance? Myth.
⚖️ Candy balance? Illusion.
⚖️ Balance between workouts and treats? Nope. (𝑤𝑎𝑖𝑡, 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛 𝑠𝑎𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑑?)
🤔 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬?
Because when we try to “balance” everything, we often end up spreading ourselves too thin. We aim to be perfect in every area, but the result? Half-hearted effort everywhere, and no progress where it actually matters.
𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞:
👉🏻 You want to give everything at work, but also try to “balance” it with training – and both end up suffering.
👉🏻 You want to build a healthy lifestyle but “balance” it with weekend indulgences – and feel like nothing is changing.
In my experience? Balance often makes you feel like you’re doing everything right, but you’re still not getting where you want to be.
🎯 And this is where many fail with their New Year’s resolutions.
You start the year with new health goals, super motivated:
– Work out more.
– Eat better.
– Lose weight.
You try to find that magical balance. And what happens? It fizzles out before January is over – maybe February, if you’re lucky 🥲.
So what should you do instead?
Forget balance. Seriously. Focus on building a lifestyle that works for YOU. One that gets results without sacrificing the things you love.
❌ No “NO” foods.
❌ No “NO” snacks.
❌ No “NO” socializing either.
How many times have we heard that it’s impossible to combine results with going out and being social? That dinners, birthdays, or a glass of w**e “ruin everything”? 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞. 🙃 You can be social, enjoy life, and still reach your goals. It’s not about perfection but about making good choices that fit your life.
That’s exactly what I help people with: finding a way to live that lasts – not because you balance everything but because you prioritize the right things.
From someone who eats chocolate almost every single day -> and still lives a healthy life. 🍫😋
You know where to find me when you’re ready to ditch balance and build a lifestyle that actually works 🤝. (If not – check the comments!)
