Modern consumer expects brands to weigh in social issues, and some of them, as in this image are understanding the value of diversity. ❤️😍

Meet Elaine, a professional who is dedicated to digital transformation and IT/ Telecom with broad international experience. Elaine is originally from Brazil and has now based in Norway. As a woman, she has developed strategic and rapid decision making skills to avoid misinterpretations while doing business. When asked about what difficulties she had experienced in her carrier for being , her answer is, "Not many, honestly. However, being a Latina, I am not always put at the same level as a native Scandinavian when competing for a position."

On the other hand, once in action, Elaine brings many advantages into her work: She has rich cultural knowledge, is fluent in many languages, and her social skills are considered a benefit factor in her job. Elaine has delivered remarkable revenue growth through her successful career. Her network describes her as a qualified, smiley, caring, and social colleague.

A team of people with different life experiences, cultural backgrounds, and upbringings will bring more insights and find solutions more creatively. Hats off for hiring!

One more example of the natural world's propensity to retake the spaces humans have left empty during the -10 .
In Mexico, the waters of Acapulco beach lighted up with bioluminescence for the first time in over 60 years. Locals registered neon waves on Puerto Marqués beach. The phytoplankton brought out a taste of what would be the natural world without human influence.
Isn't it an excellent motivation for reflection of what our place is on this planet?

Innovation and Technology Agency of a public University in Brazil (UFBP) developed a pulmonary ventilator that will be produced in a meager cost to attend the demand of hospitals during coronacrisis. The equipment will still approve its quality control. The production of the device is estimated at approximately 36 times cheaper than the ones available in the market.
