We challenged ourselves to think out-of-the-box to find a way to reflect more accurately the true nature of our global organization. With this launch we acknowledge the move from a Founder-Led towards a Systems Inspired Distributed Leadership Model.

Taking an amazing group of leaders through Dare to Lead right now. Today I was reminded of this finding from the research and how important it is to lead from a place of self-awareness.

If we want people to fully show up and to bring their whole selves including their unarmored, whole hearts so that we can innovate, solve problems, and serve people, we have to be vigilant about creating a culture in which people feel safe, seen, heard, and respected.

We're proud to announce that SolutionsIQ is collaborating with CRR Global in the design and production of a Relationship Systems Coaching approach applied to Agile Enterprise Coaching.

This brand new program, called "Coaching Business Agility Transformations: Combining Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) with Enterprise Agile Principles", is aimed at agile coaches wanting to use a systemic coaching approach to working across multiple levels of an organization.

The three-day course is dual accredited with IC Agile (ICP-CAT), and pending accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Leslie J. Morse, Faith Fuller, Simon Macpherson, Michael Holton and Marita Fridjhon will be co-leading.

Dates and location:
February 28 - March 1, 2020, or March 4-6, 2020, Seattle (Redmond, WA).
