Herlig å være tilbake på scenen med folk i salen på ærverdige Victoria Hotel. Tror det var gjensidig glede å møtes på HR dagen til Thommessen. Tor Erling Arnesen og jeg snakket om "Hvordan opprettholde moral og prestasjoner i vanskelige tider", og fikk god respons hos rundt 90 ledere fra offentlig og private virksomheter. En "hybrid" kultur er antakelig annerledes enn den som var, men det ha en bedriftskultur folk gjerne vil tilbake til og være en del av er fortsatt nøkkel! Takk til Trine Vabø som konferansier og for bildene!

Very difficult and serious times. Despite this: Dave and I have had 30 leadership coaching sessions over the last week. The first 15 in the office, and the last 15 this week with MSTeams. Not ideal, but surprisingly effective and constructive! We will see more virtual connections and inspirational sessions going forward!!
