This fall, we brought four Norwegian startups to Houston during Houston Energy and Climate Startup Week. The trip was part of our startup exchange initiative with Equinor, created to help Norwegian founders access international markets. This time, we teamed up with Greentown Labs to focus on the U.S market.
Throughout the week, the startups pitched on multiple stages in front of hundreds of people, including investors, corporate decision-makers, and innovation leaders from across the energy sector. It was a packed schedule with a clear mission: open doors that matter.
The four selected norwegian startups:
⚡ Installer.com, building the digital infrastructure for installer services
🤖 Hive Autonomy, unlocking industrial autonomy with AI
💧 renasys, transforming wastewater treatment without chemicals
☀️ Glint Solar, accelerating solar project development through smart software
Just a few weeks later, we’re already seeing concrete results. Some startups have secured investor interest and initiated customer dialogues. More to come...
This was our first time taking Norwegian startups abroad through our exchange program, but it’s definitely not the last. We’re already planning the next round.
