Yesterday’s meetup reminded us why clusters matter, not just as a concept, but as a lived reality here in Trondheim and the region.
We were lucky to have Edvard Bergiton Iversen, Karianne Arentz Hagen, and Ida Kallmyr Lerheim share their perspectives on how clusters are shaping the way we work, collaborate, and grow in this city.
To everyone who showed up, asked questions, and stayed for the conversations after, thank you. That energy is what makes these afternoons worth it.

🎤 Edvard Bergiton Iversen works at the intersection of agrifoodtech, innovation, and public–private collaboration. Through AgriTech Nordic, , and InnoCamp, he builds programs and arenas that bring together founders, researchers, decision-makers, and practitioners, both in Norway and internationally. He’s someone who doesn’t just talk about ecosystems, but actively designs the spaces where they happen.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Ida Kallmyr Lerheim to our upcoming meetup! Ida is Senior Business Advisor, EU at FI - Fremtidens Industri, where she works on European partnerships, funding programmes, and cross-sector collaboration to advance green transition efforts. She’s also closely involved with RENERGY – Renewable Energy Cluster, bridging industry, research, and public stakeholders at the European level.

We’re glad to have Karianne Arentz Hagen joining us next week at our Work in Trondheim Meetup! Karianne is Senior Communication Advisor at FI - Fremtidens Industri, where she works at the intersection of innovation, industry and communication. Her focus spans renewable energy, industrial innovation and emerging technologies and she brings a broad view of how Norwegian and European industries are evolving together.
