In 2017, Kjøpmannsgata 11 will open its doors as Trondheim’s new entrepreneurial community and inter-creative coworking office space. Traditional boundaries of nine-to-five desk dependency will give way to a contemporary, multi-functional work arena, defined by the social dynamics of idea, craft and vision. The Trondheim pier foundation is that of hard work through skill and pride, and Kjøpmannsgata 11 now invites companies and individuals alike to merge industries and experiences in that same spirit. Outlined by the strong heritage of the riverside building, we want the creative sprawl from the city’s many diverse cultural industries and start-up businesses will roam freely within the new and open co-working office. As a combined workspace and cultural venue, Kjøpmannsgata 11 will connect social and professional experience, bringing in the best of local talent and suppliers for our events and services. Through open doors, co-workers and visitors will be able to tap in and out, connect and cross-create, grow and extend.
