The framework I use to build a stable income of new patients in chiropractic practices. Consisting of three main pillars:

๐Ÿญ. ๐—ข๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ
Some practices do it themselves, some outsource their social media platforms. Too often, the social pages of practices are dry lands with not too much engagement. These pages are the very first impressions for new patients. Creating a clear plan with posts scheduled ahead of time helps catching up on some of that lost engagement.

๐Ÿฎ. ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฑ
Content is king but paid advertising helps to reach potential patients who don't know who you are. I always set-up a combination of Google ads and Social Media Ads (FB & Insta). In that case, you're reaching two groups.
1. People who have a problem and are looking for a solution (Google)
2. People who don't know about you but once they see what you offer, realise you can help them (Social Media)

An repetitive problem I see in the industry is that it is hard to find time to perform extra tasks. Nobody is waiting for extra work on their plate. While setting up the framework for a practice, this is important to keep in mind. Extra patients are nice but it can become too much when the process isn't streamlined. Boring, repetitive tasks are automated as much as possible, while still trying to keep a personal touch.

Just as the human body needs a strong backbone, a good practice need patients as their backbone.

When I work with chiro's, that is what I implement. A strong backbone so there is a consistent flow of new patients. Referrals is what most businesses rely on, which is a good thing.

To really grow however, more things can be done.

Be top of mind.

Not all marketing needs to directly lead to a sale. Being top of mind is a lowkey method of influencing your target group.

This is a very basic, and well known, fact of marketing. But, often we forgot the basics.

Itโ€™s good to not only look and numbers and KPIโ€™s to see if a marketing campaign is actually worth it. Just putting your brand in front of your target group is a positive thing.

To create a good campaign, I like to combine an awareness campaign with a clear CALL TO ACTION campaign. Putting your brand out and also getting in leads and conversions.

Itโ€™s all about the Balance.

Both are important, both need time and effort.

What does it mean? Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.

Content on healthcare websites is under great scrutiny. So, it is important to show yourself as a trustworthy expert with authority.

These aspects are the most important when Google is evaluating your website.

How do you improve this? Contribute meaningful content.

Also know as: the most effective way of getting more people to pay for your service.

Word-of-mouth is the number one reason people come to you instead of your competitors.

Only problem I see: for a lot of businesses this is the ONLY way of getting in new patients. The problem is that itโ€™s hard to track and unpredictable.

Why not build a consistent, predictable flow of patients ON TOP OF the stream of referrals?

Sounds like a killer combo no?
