From start to finish, every step is part of the learning journey

Traditional Nepali flavors, practical learning, and skills on the plate. Our +2 students proudly prepared a complete Nepali Thali set, gaining hands-on experience in preparation, cooking, presentation, and final plating.

Because true hospitality is learned not only in the classroom, but through real kitchen practice.
