'भन्सार मुल्यांकन Data base' मा अब अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजार मूल्य हेर्ने/तुलना गर्न सकिने गरि प्रणाली Update गरेको छ। यसले मालबस्तुको सहि मुल्य, यथार्थ भन्सार मुल्यांकन(भन्सार गणना)मा सहज हुने।

साथै यसले,
1) आयातित वस्तुको मूल्य निर्धारणमा अब अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजार दरलाई आधार मानिने भएकाले भन्सार प्रक्रिया थप पारदर्शी हुनछ।
2) वस्तुको वास्तविक मूल्य पत्ता लगाउन सजिलो हुने हुँदा अवास्तविक मूल्य घोषणा गरी गरिने भन्सार छलीलाई यसले निरुत्साहित गर्नेछ।
3) स्पष्ट डाटाबेसको उपलब्धताले भन्सार जाँचपास प्रक्रिया छिटो र सहज बन्नेछ, जसले वैध व्यापारलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्छ।
4) यस प्रणालीले विश्व व्यापार संगठन (WTO) को GATT भ्यालुएसन(अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजार मुल्य एकीकृत पनि) सम्झौताको पूर्ण कार्यान्वयनमा ठूलो सहयोग पुर्‍याउँछ।
