Serious Issue: A passenger traveling from TIA, Kathmandu to Sydney has claimed that her luggage was safely checked and accepted at the airport but when she landed and received the luggage, the lock was broken with her gold jewelery cracked and turned into pieces. All the gold from the jewellery was taken. Many other passengers have also claimed of such careless activities from the airlines. This is a serious issue and we request the concerned authorities to draw their attention in this matter.
