I am writing this email to share an important update regarding the JFT-Basic .



For security and fairness reasons, only passports will be accepted as identification documents at check-in.



Starting in April 2026, a passport will also be required when booking an exam.



Details will be announced at a later date, but if you do not have a passport, please be sure to obtain one before booking.
Also, even if you bring a form of ID other than a passport to Test Center on the test day, you will not be able to take the test

unless you have your passport with you.
