हिजो ईन्टरभिउ भयर केस यपरूभ भयको केसको एपलिकेन्टको अनुभव:
सबै डोकुमेन्ट साचो नै थियो र उहाँले जब अफर पनि मगाउन भन्ढै हुनुन्थयो,मैले अफरको लागि चार्ज लाग्छ भने र आफैले अहिले स्पोन्सरको डोकूमेन्ट र ऐमबेसिले मागेको खन्डमा जुनै पनि जस्तो पनि कम्पनीवाट मगाइदिन्छु केहि चार्ज दिएर भने उहाँले म प्रति बिश्वास गरेर मेरो कुरा मानेर आफू सङ्ग र स्पोन्सरको डोकुमेन्ट welcome letter,driving license& tax return लिगी ऐम्बेसि जानु भयो मैले जे जस्तो प्रश्न सोधिनेछ भनेर ऐम्बेसी पठाको थिए तै सोधिएछ र सिकाको अनुसार नै उत्तर दिनु भयर उहाँको केस एप्रूभ भयो अहिलेलाइ अमेरिकन राष्ट्रपति नियम अनुसार भनेर पेपर दियो र नियम परिवर्तन भयसि उहाँको केस issue हुनेछ।
तसर्थ: स्पोन्सरको राम्रो हुनु पर्नेछ र स्पोन्सरले कुनै पनि अमेरिको सरकारी रिण लेको हुनु भयन अनि ऐम्बेसीमा हजुरहरुको प्रस्तुति राम्रो हुनुपर्नेछ। हिजोको दिन मा प्रश्नको राम्रो उत्तर नदिनेलाई भिसा अस्वीकार गरेको पनि केस छ। तेसैले डि भि हरेक बर्स पर्ने होइन एस्लाइ ध्यानपुरबक अगाडि बढाउनू होला।
कार्य गर्ने कम्पनी/ ब्याक्तिलाई: आफ्नो फाइढाको लागि ऐप्लिकेन्टहरुलाइ नझुकाउनु/नतरसाउनु होला र अब आउने दिन हरुमा सबैलाई अग्रिम सुभकामना।

🔹 DV कार्यक्रम कानुनी रूपमा बन्द नभई राष्ट्रपतिको निर्णयबाट अस्थायी रूपमा स्थगित गरिएको हो।
🔹अमेरिकाको डिपार्टमेन्ट अफ होमल्याण्ड सेक्युरिटीअन्तर्गत युएससीआईएसले डाइभर्सिटी भिसा कार्यक्रम अजै पनि स्थगित नै रहेको जनाउछ । अमेरिकी दूतावासहरूबाट पनि डाइभर्सिटी भिसा जारी गर्ने प्रक्रिया रोकिएको छ। अमेरिकी विदेश मन्त्रालयले राष्ट्रिय तथा सार्वजनिक सुरक्षालाई ध्यानमा राख्दै डाइभर्सिटी भिसा (DV) कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत भिसा जारी प्रक्रिया अस्थायी रूपमा स्थगित गरेको छ।
🔹 ब्राउन युनिभर्सिटीको गोलीकाण्ड र MIT का एक प्रोफेसरको हत्या घटनापछि सुरक्षा चिन्ताका कारण DV कार्यक्रममा प्रयोग हुने screening तथा vetting प्रक्रिया पुनरावलोकन हुँदैछ।
🔹 DV 2026 को Second Letter पाएका आवेदकहरू
✔️ फारम बुझाउन र इन्टरभ्युमा सहभागी हुन सक्नुहुन्छ।
✔️ पहिले नै तय भएका इन्टरभ्यु सामान्यतया रद्द वा सारिने छैनन्।

Any citizen or national traveling on a passport issued by one of these countries, who is found otherwise eligible for a B1/B2 visa, must post a bond for $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000. The amount is determined at the time of the visa interview. The applicant must also submit a Department of Homeland Security Form I-352. Applicants must agree to the terms of the bond through the Department of the Treasury’s online payment platform Pay.gov. This requirement applies regardless of place of application.

A bond does not guarantee visa issuance. If someone pays fees without a consular officer’s direction, the fees will not be returned.

Required ports of entry
As a condition of the bond, all visa holders who have posted a visa bond must enter and exit the United States through the designated ports of entry listed below. Not doing this might lead to a denied entry or a departure that is not properly recorded:

Visa Bond को कानुनी आधार

Visa Bond सम्बन्धी व्यवस्था INA Section 221(g)(3) र यसका लागि लागू गरिएको Temporary Final Rule (TFR) अन्तर्गतको pilot program हो।
यो निर्णय DHS (Department of Homeland Security) को B1/B2 Visa overstay rate report को आधारमा गरिएको हो।

Visa Bond कति तिर्नु पर्छ?

उपरोक्त देशको पासपोर्ट प्रयोग गरी B1/B2 Visitor Visa का लागि आवेदन दिने व्यक्ति Visa Officer बाट अन्यथा योग्य ठहरिएपछि, निम्न मध्ये कुनै एक रकम Bond स्वरूप तिर्नुपर्ने हुन सक्छ:
1. USD 5,000
2. USD 10,000
3. USD 15,000

रकम Visa Interview को समयमा Visa Officer ले निर्धारण गर्छ।

आवश्यक प्रक्रिया
1. आवेदकले DHS Form I-352 (Immigration Bond) बुझाउनुपर्छ
2. Bond रकम U.S. Treasury को आधिकारिक Pay.gov platform मार्फत मात्र तिर्नुपर्छ
3. यो नियम कुनै पनि देशबाट आवेदन दिएको भए पनि लागू हुन्छ

1. Visa Officer को निर्देशन बिना Form I-352 नबुझाउनुहोस् र कुनै पनि रकम नतिर्नुहोस्।

महत्वपूर्ण चेतावनी
1. Third-party website वा agent मार्फत Bond रकम नतिर्नुहोस्
2. Visa Officer को निर्देशन बिना तिरेको रकम फिर्ता नहुने
3. अमेरिकी सरकार आफ्ना आधिकारिक प्रणाली बाहिर तिरेको रकमको जिम्मेवार हुने छैन

अनिवार्य प्रवेश/निर्गमन Airport

Visa Bond तिरेका Visitor Visa धारकहरूले तलका Airport बाट मात्र अमेरिका प्रवेश र निर्गमन गर्नुपर्छ:
1. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
2. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
3. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

अन्य Airport प्रयोग गरेमा प्रवेश अस्वीकृत हुन सक्छ वा Departure record नहुन सक्छ।

Bond कहिले फिर्ता हुन्छ?

2. Visa पाएर पनि अमेरिका नगएमा
3. Airport मा प्रवेश अस्वीकृत भएमा

Bond उल्लङ्घन (Breach) कहिले हुन्छ?

DHS ले निम्न अवस्थामा केस USCIS मा पठाउँछ:
1. निर्धारित समयपछि अमेरिका छोडेमा
2. अवैध रूपमा अमेरिका बसेमा
3. Nonimmigrant status परिवर्तन वा Asylum माग गरेमा

महत्वपूर्ण निष्कर्ष
1. यो नियम केवल B1/B2 Visitor Visa का लागि हो
2. DV Visa, Immigrant Visa, Student वा Work Visa मा लागू हुँदैन
3. सबै नेपालीलाई होइन, Visa Officer ले आवश्यक ठानेमा मात्र लागू हुन्छ
