As the new year approaches, I keep coming back to one thought.

Most people don’t need motivation.
They need clarity.

Especially when they feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure about direction.

Over the past months,
I’ve been testing GPT prompts seriously.

Not casually.
Not once or twice.
Through repeated iterations.

Most outputs felt generic or overly confident.
Clean words, weak insight.

I don’t believe in luck or shortcuts.
I lean toward karma, action, and self-responsibility.

So I built a prompt with that mindset.
It’s a numerology-based self-reflection prompt
(using date of birth and optionally name).

Not for prediction.
Not for blind belief.

What it does:
• Breaks down personality traits, strengths, and weak areas
• Highlights repeating patterns and blind spots
• Explores career, money, and relationship tendencies
• Identifies your current personal-year focus
• Ends with a practical action framework with do’s and don’ts

Believe it.
Ignore it.
Question it.
Your choice.
No debate intended.

For people who feel stuck, directionless, or curious about numerology or astrology as a reflection tool, this can act as a mirror.

I see many Gen Z and Gen Alpha struggling to choose paths.
That’s normal.

Sometimes clarity about who you are makes choosing easier.

It’s just a prompt .
Not magic.

But it was built intentionally
and shared in good faith.

P.S. I’ve added a few snippets from my own analysis output in the post as examples - not as proof, but to show the structure, depth, and tone of the reflection it generates.

SEO needs fewer rules - and more thinking.

I keep seeing people panic the moment they spot:

- Numbers in a URL

- Multiple H1s

- A “non-perfect” on-page structure

And the verdict comes instantly:

❌ “This is bad SEO.”

People often rush into change

But here’s the part most people skip 👇

They don’t check what the page actually contributes.

No analysis of:

- Page weight

- Organic visibility over time

- GSC queries and impressions

- Historical value to the site

- Internal linking importance

They just look at the URL… and move on.

Let me give you a real example.

👉 This Ahrefs blog URL still exists:

https://ahrefs.com/blog/sept-2017/

It has:

- A dated, number-based URL

- An old structure

- Things many “SEO rules” would flag today

Yet it’s still live.

Do Ahrefs know?

Probably yes.

Should they change it?

Maybe not.

Because not every page exists to satisfy a SEO checklist.

Some pages:

- Carry historical weight

- Represent a timeline of evolution

- Have earned links, trust, and context

- Still contribute to the site’s overall authority

Changing them “because rules say so” can do more harm than good.

Same story with H1s.

I’ve seen:

- Google’s own blogs with multiple H1s

- High-performing pages breaking “best practices”

- Messy-looking pages outperforming perfectly optimized ones

And guess what?

Nothing broke.

No apocalypse.

No rankings collapse.

SEO was never meant to be a set of commandments.

Rules are guidelines, not laws.

Context beats compliance.

Evaluation beats imitation.

So before you rush to “fix” something, ask:

- What traffic does this page bring?

- What queries does it register for?

- What role does it play internally?

- What happens if I change it?

SEO maturity starts when you stop asking:

“Is this allowed?”

And start asking:

“Is this valuable?”

P.S.

This isn’t an attack on learning SEO fundamentals.

It’s a reminder to stop teaching rules without teaching thinking.

SEOs, big news: You can now connect Ahrefs MCP directly to ChatGPT for live SEO analysis.

With this setup, you can ask ChatGPT about your traffic trends, competitors, content drops, and keyword data — straight from Ahrefs.

Here’s the quick setup guide 👇

→ Prerequisites
☑ Active Ahrefs account with access to MCP Server
☑ ChatGPT account with Connectors enabled
☑ “Developer Mode” available in ChatGPT

→ Procedure
↳ Enable Developer Mode in ChatGPT
→ Go to Settings > Connectors > Advanced Settings
→ Turn Developer Mode: ON

↳ Start New Developer Mode Chat
→ Open ChatGPT → click “+” → select Developer Mode

↳ Connect Ahrefs MCP Server
→ In chat Sources, choose “Connect more”
→ Enter the details from Ahrefs
→ For MCP Server URL, paste the Streamable HTTP link from Ahrefs

↳ Enable Ahrefs Source
→ Switch the Ahrefs source toggle ON

↳ Confirm Connection
→ Test with: “What are my top 5 organic keywords in Ahrefs?”

↳ Explore SEO Analysis
→ Run prompts for traffic, competitors, query drops, content themes

↳ (Optional) Connect multiple MCPs

Ever notice how picking a niche feels harder than launching the actual business?

That’s not a coincidence.
→ Our brains overvalue sunk costs (“what if I waste time?”)
→ We fear identity mismatch (“is this really me?”)
→ We drown in complexity.

That’s why I built a practical field guide:

- 40 pages, no fluff
- Frameworks, checklists, real examples
- Designed for 2025, not outdated advice

Early readers are already using it to test ideas faster.

If you’re tired of analysis paralysis—this is for you.

Audiobooks are listening their way into dominance.

For the first time, they’ve overtaken e-books in market share, accounting for 11.1% of all book sales in August 2024.

Meanwhile:
📘 Paperbacks: 35.6%
📗 Hardbacks: 35.1%
📱 E-books: 10.7%

Let’s not forget: audiobooks have achieved 11 consecutive years of double-digit growth, surging to a $2 billion industry.

Amazon’s Audible holds a 63.4% market share and doubled revenue per audiobook compared to the competition.

Well for me, Nothing beats the intimacy of a paperback. A page you can hold. A margin you can mark. A story you can feel. Podcasts at times captivate me more with their conversational energy, but audiobooks? They often fade into background noise. For me, the magic of reading lies in the tangible.

Your thoughts?
Do you gravitate toward the voice of audiobooks, the convenience of e-books, or the comfort of a hard copy?

The recent leak of Google's Search API has everyone talking. Spend time navigating through news and everyone's insights from the SEO community. I prefer not to speak based on assumptions unless I test things out.

However, sometimes, you have to make some assumptions due to the many variables involved. Based on what I see on Doc and what I have experimented with, here are my quick takeaways.

Posting on Google about the leak 🤔: Imagine posting about the Google algorithm leak and indexing it, as if Google isn't aware. If Google wanted to deindex those keywords, trust me, they would have done it already.

SEOs and Industry 🕵️: We use and sometimes exploit Google every day. It's all part of the game, right?

Confirmation Bias 🤯: People are backing up the leaked docs and spinning their theories. It's like a detective novel out there! There is so much noise there. Take a breathe first

No Need to Be Nasty 🤝: Google has its role to play, just like any big corporation. They have to protect their interests, too.

Testing Over Reading 📊: Instead of just reading about the leak, test things out. The current SERPs aren't exactly top-notch anyway. You guys exploited SERPs by throwing out mass content with no quality, and now you're complaining about the bad SERPs.

Not the First Leak 🔍: This leak isn't groundbreaking. We've seen evidence of this kind of thing before.

Selective Usage 📋: Not everything in the leak is used. And even if it is, we don't know how much each factor matters or their weight.

Steady as it Goes 🚀: Don't make drastic changes to your website. Sudden moves can make you stand out like a sore thumb. More sudden changes are easier to spot.

Surface Scratching 🧩: These leaked documents only scratch the surface. Most of the information was already known; some just refused to believe it because Google was spreading misinformation.

My Message: Remember to breathe first and then see things with a clear mind. Too much information can sometimes be overwhelming. As SEOs, it's time to adapt and innovate. This leak is just another puzzle piece in the ever-evolving SEO landscape.

With great power comes great responsibility. How we leverage this information could define the future of ethical SEO practices. Are we going to use it to game the system, or will we use it to enhance our understanding and improve the web ecosystem?

I love to hear your thoughts.

Keep testing, keep learning, and most importantly, stay curious! 🌟

If you care, you will dare. Feel free to share your thoughts on the leak. (I get two likes, but mostly make it 3; I don't mind)

P.S. I am still analyzing those documents. I will update you once I am done

📰 Google Search’s Content Warehouse API has leaked. Google’s internal microservices appear to mirror what Google Cloud Platform offers and the internal version of documentation for the deprecated Document AI Warehouse was accidentally published publicly to a code repository for the client library. The documentation for this code was also captured by an external automated documentation service.

So what exactly is Topical Authority? At its core, the idea is that by comprehensively covering all facets of a topic, a site can earn a ranking boost because Google perceives it as an expert and authority in that
space. The flip side is that sites only skimming the surface of a topic would be seen as less authoritative.

Advocates claim that Topical Authority is distinct from general SEO best practices. But when you dig into their recommendations, most boil down to familiar tactics. This raises the question - is there really any functional difference between optimizing for Topical Authority and simply following SEO fundamentals?
