✅ 1. Notify Your University

📌 Inform your university about your visa grant and estimated arrival date.
📌 Share your flight booking details, either directly or through your counselor, for a smooth transition.

✅ 2. Fee Payment

💰 Settle any remaining tuition fees, if applicable.
💰 Consult your counselor for payment guidance.

✅ 3. Create Your UKVI Account & Access Your eVisa

📲 Follow these steps to access your eVisa:
1️⃣ Introduction (00:18)

3️⃣ Create your UKVI account (04:24)
4️⃣ Link your eVisa to your account (05:18)
5️⃣ Confirm your identity (08:00)

✈️ Book your flight, preferably through your counselor, to ensure:
✔️ Visa-free transit at layover points.
✔️ Assistance with meal preferences, extra luggage, and other travel needs.

✅ 5. Documentation

📜 Collect all original documents, including your stamped passport from the VFS office.

✅ 6. Financial Arrangements

💷 Carry approximately £2,000–£2,500 for initial expenses.
💳 If needed, arrange a draft cheque or dollar card.
💵 Keep £100–£200 or equivalent in cash for small expenses (e.g., taxis, meals).

✅ 7. CAS Shield & Post-Visa Checklist

📌 Update CAS Shield details (visa grant date, departure date, arrival date).
📌 Complete your university’s post-visa checklist.
📌 If CAS Shield is not applicable, inform your counselor and university.

✅ 8. Travel Preparations

🎒 Purchase essential items like a durable laptop and reliable mobile phone.
🚗 Learn useful skills such as driving, barista training, or basic cooking if time allows.

✅ 9. Health & Immunization

💉 While not mandatory, vaccinations (including COVID-19) are recommended.
🏥 Some vaccinations may be required for healthcare-related jobs or medical placements.

✅ 10. Police Clearance Report

📝 Obtain a police clearance certificate from Nepal Police Headquarters if time permits.

✅ 11. Immigration Preparation

🛂 Be ready to answer common immigration questions, such as:
