For those interested in either the Dolpo region of Nepal or in the work of Himalayan herbal medicinal practitioners, please tune in Saturday morning on November 28th or November 28th 7PM Nepal time for a Facebook and zoom program with my old friend, Dolpo Amchi Rinpoche. He is the son of the late Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, a well known as skilled Thangka assist. For decades Dolpo Amchi Rinpoche has been serving both his own Dolpo community, teaching Sorig medicinal sciences and also remote area preservation of rare and endangered medicinal plants.
Our own organisation, the Himalayan Light Foundation, worked with Dolpo Rinpoche to provide solar lightning to some fifty remote herbal medicine clinics in upper Dolpo circa early 2000s. We have remained close Dharma brothers since that time.

We are happy to hand over a solar electric fencing system to Barahi Jungle Lodge in Meghauli, Chitwan. This is one of the biggest electric fence systems our team has installed, covering close to 700 meters of fence line using around 200 fence poles.

This system prevents rhinos from entering inside the hotel compound periphery, thereby greatly reducing the chance of life-threatening injury for the nearby locals and hotel staff.

On sustainability, one of the biggest part is the ownership feeling and upmost awareness amongst the user committee about the project itself.
This is brilliant from client side to poke us with pictures like this where they are fully aware of consequences of dusty/dirty solar panels.
This is one of the biggest Solar PV back-up system installed by Lotus Energy in Hetauda Community Hospital, last December.
