Now it's clear what i was expecting the intent of governing body..!!

The company which has been registered for doing business in land & building (for which land & building is treated as stock-in-trade- real estate or construction companies), is not required to pay 10% of income tax on profit earned from the transaction of land & building in office of land registration (malpot).
