Our team recently participated in the Scaling Up Workshop with Verne Harnish and Alan Miltz.

The sessions brought practical ideas around strategy, people, ex*****on, and accountability and, more importantly, plenty to think about when it comes to how we work and grow as an organization.

At Laxmi Group, Thoughtful Thursday continues to create a meaningful space for learning, knowledge sharing, and celebrating the people who make our journey worthwhile.

At the Kathmandu Corporate Office, the Knowledge Sharing Session featured a Financial Literacy Program facilitated by Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, introducing employees to the concept of Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) and highlighting how disciplined, small and consistent investments can contribute towards building long-term financial well-being.

Meanwhile, at the Pokhara Head Office, the session was facilitated by Mr. Pradeep Kaji Poudel on “Understanding R&D/NPD,” offering valuable insights into Research & Development and New Product Development and their role in fostering innovation and business growth.

The sessions were complemented by the celebration of our anniversary holders, recognizing their contributions and journey with Laxmi Group, while also warmly welcoming our new joiners to the organization.

Losses leave a silence that words can never truly fill. Today, we remember those whose lives were lost while standing for a better tomorrow, and we hold their families and loved ones in our thoughts with deepest respect and compassion.
