We are deeply saddened by the demise of our respected Dibya Charan Jha (Jha Ji/ Jha Uncle) our mentor, advisor, a very humble and kind hearted human being, with unmatched discipline and principle.

He has guided and taught us lot of valuable lessons at work and outside work and there were many more things to still learn. It is an irreparable loss for all of us and he will be missed dearly at all times.

We pray for the heavenly abode of the departed soul and may he rest in peace.
