During the conference, our Rapid-Fire E-Poster Session brought together the brilliant minds of young innovators alongside senior experts to bridge generations of qualitative excellence.
But the brilliance didn’t stop at the screens! Beyond the data screens, our young innovators took the stage to perform traditional dances from 5 distinct communities of Nepal—Magar, Gurung, Newar, Tamang, and Khas!
Just like qualitative research weaves diverse stories together, this powerful showcase beautifully proved that our greatest strength lies in our Unity in Diversity.

Today, Southwestern State College proudly inaugurated the National Conference on Qualitative Excellence (NCQE 2026), bringing together some of the nation's most distinguished academicians, researchers, and education leaders.

Under the theme "Harmonizing Rigorous Interviewing, Ethical Protocols, and AI Tools Analysis Jointly," the conference created a vibrant platform for intellectual exchange, innovation, and scholarly discourse. The insightful sessions delivered by renowned experts highlighted the transformative role of qualitative research in generating meaningful, ethical, and impactful knowledge in the AI era.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all keynote speakers, researchers, participants, and stakeholders whose valuable contributions made this academic gathering truly enriching.

This conference is jointly organized by Southwestern State College (SWSC) and Southwestern Academic Research Centre (SWARC) in collaboration with Southwestern School of Management & Technology (SWSMT).
