I've watched this happen dozens of times in 15 years:
✅ Perfect résumé
✅ Strong qualifications
✅ Interview secured
❌ Then one wrong phrase → Job gone
Your résumé gets you in the room. Your words decide if you stay there.
Here's what NOT to say in Gulf interviews:
1. ❌ "I don't have experience in that"
✅ Say: "I haven't done that specifically, but I've solved similar challenges using [related skill]"
2. ❌ "What does your company do?"
✅ Say: "I saw your company focuses on [area]. How is that evolving this year?"
3. ❌ "I'm a perfectionist"
✅ Say: "I hold myself to high standards, but I've learned to balance excellence with efficiency"
4. ❌ "I really need this job"
✅ Say: "This role aligns with my goals and lets me apply my strongest skills immediately"
