Job Summary:
Viswa Consult Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage the day to day operations of the Human Resource department. The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities of employees
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation
- Coordinate and manage attendance, leave records, and payroll support
- Support performance evaluation and training & development initiatives
- Handle employee queries and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities
- Assist in drafting HR reports, letters, and official notices
- Work closely with management to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards where applicable.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters Running in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles preferred (Fresher’s can also apply.)(Female Preferred)
- Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Viswa Consult Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Geotechnical Engineer for fieldwork on a project basis willing to learn and give their time to various field works.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct geotechnical site investigations, field testing, and borehole logging.
-Perform soil and rock testing, ensuring compliance with standards.
-Analyze geotechnical data and provide engineering recommendations.
-Prepare geotechnical reports and risk assessments.
-Collaborate with engineers on foundation design and ground improvement.
-Supervise field teams and ensure quality control.
-Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
Participate in project planning and client meetings.

Requirements:
-Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
