Your Purpose
As a Commis II Baker aboard our European cruise ship, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality baked goods that enhance the guest dining experience. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will support the culinary team's commitment to exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of bakery items—including breads, pastries, and desserts—while following standardized recipes, safety regulations, and presentation guidelines.

Your Journey So Far
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience as a Commis II Baker, ideally on a cruise ship or in a premium hotel/resort.
• Strong foundation in bakery production, with proficiency in producing consistent, high-quality baked goods.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
Your Essentials
To excel in this position, you should possess:
• Certification in Baking or Culinary Arts from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
• Commitment to food hygiene and safety protocols.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for baking.
