Cartomizer: This is the cartridge and atomizer rolled into one. E-liquid: Also known as e-juice, this is where the action is. This is a water-based liquid infused with ni****ne. It can come plain or in an array of flavors numbering in the hundreds. The e-juice comprises the following ingredients:
Vegetable glycerine or propylene glycol
Ni****ne
Flavoring

The e-liquid comes packed in different ni****ne strengths categorized in milligrams: ultra-light (6mg), medium (12mg), regular (18mg), and strong (24mg). There is even 0 milligrams which contains no ni****ne for those who just want to v**e minus the ni****ne hit. There is a never-ending debate on whether va**ng is safe or not. Well, not even the food you eat is 100% healthy, right? However, we can say – based on various studies – that va**ng does involve ni****ne but there is no to***co. It has its own form of smoke (v***r) but there are no known adverse effects on the heart and arteries. It emits v***r but second-hand exposure to the v***r does not pose a public health risk in the same way as to***co.
