2075/76, 2076/77 ि 2077/78 को आय विवरण र सोमा
लाग्ने कि संवत् 2079 साल पसु मसान्तसम्म बुझाएमा सो बापत लाग्ने शुल्क तथा ब्याज मिनाहा हनुछे ।

(2) उपदफा (1) बमोजिम आय विवरण र कर बुझाएमा सोभन्दा अघिका‌ आर्थिक
वर्षहरूको आय विवरण र सोमा लाग्ने कर शुल्क तथा ब्याज मिनाहा हनुेछ।

(3) उपदफा (1) मा तोकिएको अवधिभित्र आय विवरण र सोमा लाग्ने कर
दाखिल नगरेमा सो अवधि व्यतित भएपिछ त्यस्तो कर शुल्क तथा ब्याज
