7 years ago today, we disbursed our very first token loan. No office, not really a full proof plan either - just two people walking to places where we thought this system could help, two people who believed in this and a lot of conversations with women who trusted us before we’d really proven anything.
Somewhere between then and now, we crossed a 99.2% repayment rate. Every time we look at that number we’re kind of amazed by it honestly. It’s not us - it’s every woman who showed up, made her payments, and the team who joined us in this journey and proving what we believed from day one.

To 2019, to today, and to everything still ahead 💛💚🤞🏾

Every so often, there's a moment that reminds us we're building in the right direction.

With more than 1,900 applications received, being selected as one of the 89 finalists representing 44 countries is both humbling and encouraging.

From changing wheels to peeking under the hood, these future women drivers are proving that driving isn’t just about being behind the wheel, it’s about knowing what makes it move.

Training 25 more women become an electric 4-wheeler drivers under the Set4NPL programme, financed by the Mitigation Action Facility, jointly implemented in Nepal by GIZ Nepal and GGGI Nepal in close cooperation with the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport (MoPIT) and other government and sector partners.
