We wrapped up our 5-Day Life Skills Training — जीवन उपयोगी सीप तालिम conducted by Ms.Sunita Shrestha at Ward Office No. 6, Jorpati, Kathmandu
From self-awareness and communication to stress management, goal setting, and money management, our 14 participants journeyed through 20 hours of deeply interactive, hands-on learning that goes far beyond the classroom.

Who am I?-Self-reflection & personal identity
Assertiveness & setting healthy boundaries
Grounding techniques & building support systems
SMART goal setting & problem-solving frameworks
Practical money management skills and techniques
