Todays meeting at foreign ministry reviewed decisions from previous sessions (starting from the first meeting on 2082/11/20) and focused on reopening labor opportunities in West Asia following recent regional tensions.

Decisions of the Meeting
1. Reopening of Labor Destinations in West Asia
The ERT recommended reopening all labor destination countries in West Asia for foreign employment. To facilitate this, the following actions were directed:
• New Travel Advisory: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) will issue a new travel advisory regarding these regions.
• Resumption of Labor Permits: The Ministry of Labour, Employment, and Social Security is directed to reopen all types of Labor Permits, Re-entry Work Permits, and Legalization (legalization of documents by employers) that were previously suspended.
• Demand Letter Verification: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will instruct all Nepali missions (embassies/consulates) in West Asia to resume the verification and certification of Worker Demand Letters.
• Registration Portal: The Registration Portal implemented by the Department of Consular Services for Nepalis living in West Asian countries will be continued as a permanent and regular structure. A new notice will be issued to ensure the ongoing registration of Nepali citizens' details.
Nepal law of free visa/free ticket will be stricted implemented as per gov until new law comes to place.
