आज भाइटिकाको दिन पुनर्निर्मित रानीपोखरी बिहान ५ बजेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिएको छ । दिदीबहिनी/दाजुभाइ नहुने नागरिकहरु बालगोपालेश्वर मन्दिरमा गई टिका लगाइरहनु भएको छ । रानीपोखरी र मन्दिर साँझ ७ बजेसम्म खुल्ला रहनेछ ।

Nepal Sambat, found by Shankhadhar Sakhwa, is a national lunar calendar of Nepal which begins on the fourth day of Tihar festival.

Sankhadhar Sakhwa was a legendary Nepalese philanthropist who allegedly paid the debts of the Nepalese people in 879 CE during the region of Raghav Dev. This event is commemorated as the beginning of the epoch of Nepal Sambat.
