We are inviting you to be a part of One Billion Rising (OBR) campaign to be held on 14th February 2017.

In a nutshell, One Billion Rising(OBR) is a worldwide movement in solidarity against exploitation of women started by Eve Ensler in the year 2012. Statistics show that 1 in 3 women in the world will be beaten or r***d during her lifetime. With the world population of over 7billion, this adds up to more than ONE BILLION women and girls. About 200 countries came together last year from different countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, USA, Phillippines, Mexico, Pakistan, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, you name it!

While moving towards creating gender-just society, we believe your utmost support and participation in this mass movement is a must.

This year, to show our solidarity in the movement, we are coordinating a short rally from Baluwatar Chowk to Bhatbhateni complex.
