Job Summary:
We are seeking a female Study Abroad Counsellor to provide expert guidance and support to students aspiring to study overseas. The counsellor will play a key role in assisting students with course selection, application procedures, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-friendly approach, and a solid understanding of international education systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and their families regarding study options in countries such as Germany, France, Poland, Malta, Spain, and others.
• Assist students with university/course selection based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Guide students through the entire application and documentation process, including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and online applications.
• Provide comprehensive support for visa applications, interview preparation, and compliance with embassy requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, embassies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct follow-ups with students to track application progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in and support education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain detailed and organized student records in the company CRM or database.
Requirements:
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education, Counselling, Management, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or education consulting (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English and local language)
• Friendly, confident, and student-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in overseas education consulting
• Knowledge of admission and visa procedures for major study destinations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Multilingual capabilities (optional)
