Job Summary:
The Academic Writing Officer is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining all documentation and records required for institutional and programmatic accreditations. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary data, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and assisting in audits and external reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, compile, and format data and reports for accreditation bodies (e.g., national education boards, international agencies).
* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation related to institutional/program accreditation.
* Work closely with academic, administrative, and quality assurance departments to ensure timely submission of documents.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure all accreditation submissions and renewals are completed on time.
* Maintain a central database or digital archive of accreditation documents and correspondence.
* Stay updated on changes in accreditation standards and procedures.
* Draft official letters, self-study reports, and responses to queries from accrediting agencies.
* Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans based on accreditation feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Prior experience in accreditation, documentation, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation management tools.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with educational standards and accreditation processes is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a female Study Abroad Counsellor to provide expert guidance and support to students aspiring to study overseas. The counsellor will play a key role in assisting students with course selection, application procedures, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-friendly approach, and a solid understanding of international education systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and their families regarding study options in countries such as Germany, France, Poland, Malta, Spain, and others.
• Assist students with university/course selection based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Guide students through the entire application and documentation process, including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and online applications.
• Provide comprehensive support for visa applications, interview preparation, and compliance with embassy requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, embassies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct follow-ups with students to track application progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in and support education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain detailed and organized student records in the company CRM or database.

Requirements:
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education, Counselling, Management, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or education consulting (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English and local language)
