ARED that is Academy for Research and Entrepreneurship Development is youth initiative program to conduct research and promote entrepreneurship in context to developing countries like Nepal where self employment for economic upliftment has been a prominent obstacle. Every year we find thousands of people ( includes students, skilled and unskilled youth) fleding to foreign soil with dreams of ec

onomic prosperity, but sadly there are many question marks on the reality. Truly speaking such scenario motivates us, compels us to invent academies like ARED where we welcome individuals from every corners who believe they have entrepreneurship instinct in their blood and could prosper if right platform is ensured. The platform includes identifying the raw talent, shaping that talent in right field with business ideas, knowledge, motivation and skills to foster the hidden enthusiasm. We not just give a general training, our scope and coverage are high, we believe ideas itself is not sufficient, investment alongwith risk taking shoulders matters. In particular, we are concerned to provide softloan facilities alongwith the skills we offer to develop a concept into a venture possibly, a fruitful venture. Its indeed an excellent way to promote entrepreneurship, such practices greatly help for economic upliftment within a country which indeed deliver sound message to other sectors and individuals as well. Really such practices are of prime need in our context.
