The UK Home Office has suspended Buckinghamshire New University’s Student Sponsor Licence with immediate effect from 30 September 2026.

The university has been removed from the Register of Licensed Student Sponsors and has 20 working days to respond to the decision. Current sponsored students can continue their studies while their valid immigration permission remains in place.
