🛡Good to know: SkyWay is not a financial pyramid (scam)
Some people call SkyWay a financial pyramid because they did not understand the project good enough. To disprove this statement, we’ll look at how SkyWay’s work relates to the signs of the financial pyramids formulated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
SIgn 1. High guaranteed income with little or no risk.
The SkyWay project has never promised "guaranteed" profitability. Project investors will be able to receive dividends only if specific conditions are met - completion of the 15th stage of development, the project reaches profit and self-financing. Also, the project management has never talked about specific amounts of profitability.

Sign 2. Stable payments.
The financial pyramids bring investors stable income even in times of economic crisis. SkyWay does not pay dividends to investors at all, therefore this item does not apply to the project.
If SkyWay successfully enters the transport market, the size of dividends and the stability of their payment will be directly related to the commercial success of the project.
Sign 3. Lack of a license to trade in securities. (Unregistered investments)
SkyWay has never traded securities. All investments in the project are made out under a convertible loan agreement, for which a license of a securities market participant from state bodies is not required. Under the convertible loan agreement, the majority of all venture capital investments in the world occur.
Sign 4. Complex (or secret) schemes for generating income.
Today, the SkyWay project does not generate enough income to pay dividends to investors. This is possible only with the conclusion of commercial contracts and the exit of the project on profit and self-financing.
Some SkyWay group companies do generate revenue. For example, the string transport developer CJSC String Technologies performs a wide range of metal works as a private contractor. We can track the receipt of this money in the income statement, which the company places on its website every year.
However, such income for paying dividends at the moment is not enough for one reason - the company's expenses are larger and they are covered before the conclusion of commercial contracts at the expense of investments.
Sign 5. Problems with paperwork
Investing in SkyWay takes place under a convertible loan agreement. Anyone can register in the personal account of SWC and read all the terms of the contract. SkyWay does not hide documents on which the investment process is legally executed.
Sign 6. Difficulty in receiving payments
Many financial pyramids prevent investors from withdrawing funds from the project and make it especially difficult to cash out investments.
The SkyWay project until the end of the 15th stage, the project’s profit and self-financing does not provide for dividends at all. Therefore, the question of cashing them out now does not arise.
