Position: AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Dhangadi, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Pokhara, Itahari - One each

Job Description
- Supervision of team, junior sales staffs (dealers), whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
- Exploring new market and appointment of dealer /retailers/distributers in feasible area on time.
- Reporting (covering all data) to immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval.
- Update development.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
- Meet and exceed KPIs.

Essential Skills & Qualification
- Masters/ Bachelor completed
- 5 Years + experience in similar field.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc.
- Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
to produce Reports
- Capacity to work independently as well as in a team
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler license

Job Description
- Achievement of given sales target.
- Supervision of Jr. Sales officer/ supervisor/ DS. Route planning of
subordinates.
- Use and check out FIFO system of all distributer godown.
- Visit all distributers and whole sellers.
- Claim settlement.
- Transfer of non-sales goods
- Meet and exceed KPIs.

Job Description
- Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
- Train & hire new candidates.
- Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.
- Deliver the counselling program to the students, colleagues and immediate supervisor
- Report results of the program evaluation that demonstrates outcome
- Analyses progress; determine eligibility, necessity and resources to progress towards the target
- Identify the current and potential needs or problem areas, and refer to the problem, if any, to the immediate supervisor through proper channel
- Regularly search options for students to satisfy specific degree requirements.
- Visit branches and franchise offices to support smooth operation as and when required
- Responsible for maintaining the assets within the custody and maintaining the standard and file maintenance

Essential Skills & Qualification
- BBA/BBS Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems
- 2-3 year counselling experience preferably in the education industry
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer skills including, Word, Excel
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Experience in working with CRM systems will be advantage
- Good communication skills - written and verbal (English) skills.
