I have built my capacity to assess the market situation and learned to use various research tools to design intervention. My first experience with E-SEWA for bank transfer turned out amazing!

Yesterday morning at around 11 AM I have used e-sewa bank transfer service. I thought the transaction was not successful as per the pop up notification and I tried three times. Already three times total amount was deducted from my balance amount (refer to screen shot photo). Immediately I informed e-sewa office with this issue and the front desk staff said that they will rectify from their system. I thought it is not a big issue and will be solved. Just for confirmation, I again checked the application at 7 PM and to my surprise all three transactions were successful and money was deducted three times. I called them immediately at 7PM and to my surprise informed me that they tried but could not sort out the problem.

Issues: Lack customer responsiveness I Imperfect technology I Not user-friendly I delayed action I Irresponsible

Solution: e-sewa should take this as a case and immediately solve the problem

How can we rely on e-sewa service? Be careful!!!
