From its establishment to date, NG has majority of key population in both Board of Directories and project management echoing the principle of lead by; work by/for key population. The greater and meaningful involvement of this group in NG itself enhanced key population’s sense of connectedness, belonging and valued participation; and thereby garnered commitment to make NG’s vision a reality.
