BMI (Body Mass Index) ले बच्चाको उचाइ अनुसार तौल ठीक छ कि छैन भन्ने देखाउँछ। BMI धेरै कम भए कमजोरी र धेरै बढी भए overweight वा obesity हुन सक्छ। स्वस्थ खानपान, व्यायाम र राम्रो बानीले बच्चालाई स्वस्थ राख्न मद्दत गर्छ।

बच्चालाई स्वस्थ राख्न सन्तुलित खाना🍲, हरियो सागसब्जी🥗, फलफूल🍎🍊, नियमित व्यायाम🏋️‍♀️, खेलकुद⛹️‍♂️, पर्याप्त पानी🥛 र राम्रो निद्रा😴 अत्यन्त आवश्यक हुन्छ। जंक फुड, धेरै चिल्लो तथा गुलियो खानेकुरा कम गर्नु आवश्यक छ।
