Proud to unveil the façade concept for our latest four-storey urban residence now under construction in Pokhara-08, Srijana Chowk.

Design highlights
Neo-classical elegance: crisp white stucco, bold horizontal bands, and a deep cornice give timeless presence.

Signature arched openings: full-height arched windows and balconies bring balanced symmetry while flooding interiors with daylight.

Slim vertical glazing: accent windows stretch the building’s proportions and frame valley views.

Recessed balconies: private outdoor pockets with custom wrought-iron balustrades add depth and shadow play.

Project Status:
Structural frame is complete; façade cladding and window installation are in progress. Interior fit-outs begin next month, targeting hand-over early 2026.
